Communications. Records of calls, WhatsApp messages and emails exchanged with you about your enquiry or engagement.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
To prepare proposals, scopes and invoices.
To meet legal, tax and statutory record-keeping obligations in India.
To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share enquiry details with other clients, competitors or lead-generation networks. We do not display third-party advertising on this website.

Who we share it with

Only where necessary to deliver what you asked for: our hosting and email providers, and — for compliance services such as GST, trademark or company registration — the empanelled chartered accountants or company secretaries handling your filing. Each is bound to use the information solely for that purpose. We may also disclose information where required by Indian law or a lawful order.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Client records relating to engagements are retained for the period required under applicable tax and company law. You may ask us to delete your data earlier and we will do so unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
